Lenard Myers, II

Lenard Myers is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as and is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He graduated from Norfolk State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Regent University School of Law.
While in law school, Mr. Myers clerked for the law firm Marcus, Santoro, Kozak, & Melvin. He also clerked for the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Myers served as a Lieutenant Governor for the American Bar Association Law Student Division.
Mr. Myers began his legal career by returning to the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney. There, he prosecuted over 300 matters with a conviction rate exceeding 90% as a member the general crimes team. Notably, Mr. Myers successfully prosecuted crimes against fraudulent loan modification companies.
In his continued service to the Commonwealth of Virginia, Mr. Myers was also a JAG Officer with the Virginia Defense Force, a component of the Virginia National Guard. In this capacity, Captain Myers advised commanders on local, state, and federal laws that may influence or control the conduct of VDF military operations in support of civilian authorities; conducted internal investigations; and recommended appropriate military administrative and disciplinary measures.
Now in private practice, Mr. Myers focuses on foreclosure defense, contracts, and business law. He also looks to take on cases of social-economic injustice. Mr. Myers teaches teaches law courses at Tidewater Community College. Mr. Myers is pleased to be a part of the Paradigm Law, P.L.C. team, delivering outstanding legal service to its clients.
